Commodore and the casing that wasen't there....
Hi guys i don't know if this place is where this thread belongs...
I just wanted to ask you, if some of you who ordered the guildwars pc casing from commodore, were also experiencing extreme delays in your orders ?. I ordered mine on the 26th december, they took the money from my account the 4th of January, and i haven't even seen the shadow of my casing.

The RAM expander cartridges for your VIC-20 are on backorder (joking, couldnt help it, used to have a VIC way back in grade school, same said school had a lab full of C64's too)
You should try to contact commodore computers, there could be any number of reasons you havn't seen your order, including your order not being completed somehow or lost in shipping.

iv'e actualy contacted them 3 times Each time they had a diffrent reason to why i haven't recived my casing, first time was beacuse of vacaition. Then afterwards it was problems on the factory. The thing that irratates me is that they already got my money.

You can call their customer service department and just tell them that you want a refund and to tell them not to bother to ship it. Because 3 different reasons each time you contact them is messed up. So if you don't want the case any more and it hasn't been shipped yet I would assume you would be able to get a refund and just tell them to give you back your money because you don't want it any more.
However, if you do want it then your kind of stuck to just wait for them to send it to you.

I'm no lawyer, but I am pretty certain that seller's are not allowed by law to charge your card until the item has been sent (yes I know that almost all do). Again, not a lawyer and I may be wrong, but might be something to look up if they continue to give you the run around.
